Case IH Precision Pack

In Pack includes:
– Case IH 800 Precision Drill
– Case IH 3580 Precision Air Cart

Changes:
– The mass weight is down in the Drill from 21 to just 2.5 Pulls easier
– The Air Cart weighs around 3
– Redid the decals and paint. Both mods look clean
– Cleaned up the whole folder for each, took off around 15MB
– Air Cart has row crop duals
– Capacity are changed
